The Establishment And Management Of High-level Sports Teams On The The Rusu Provinces Of College Volleyball

The development of China athletics sports is an important part of China's whole development, and the cultivation and management of high-level athlete will influence the sustainability of athletics sports directly. Under the influence of the traditional cultivation and management system, high-level athletes'level of sport competition fluctuates unstably, and reserve talents' cultivation is the core of athletics sports development all the time. Concrete in volleyball, to bring up a high-quality talent's team of volleyball athletics sports, especially to bring up outstanding students athletes'team is extremely important. How to merge school education and athletics sports better, to firm our national training system of the tower shape, is the important thinking of promoting sustainable development of athletics sports of our country.This thesis uses many kinds of scientific research methods, such as the method of documents and data, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. It regards 12 colleges in Shandong province and Jiangsu Province which enroll volleyball athletes as the example, investigate and interview among volleyball sport athletes, coaches, school leaders, and relevant experts to make a study on currant situation and present problems of college high-level sports teams'building and development mode, and reached the following conclusions and advice:1. Jiangsu and Shandong provinces are both strong provinces in sports, whose governments pay attention to sport development as well as the cultivation of volleyball high-level athletes. Realizing the importation of physical training to life and themselves, people's understanding of sports activity begins to change.2. The high-level athletes of the two provinces who can enter the university volleyball sports team must pass the unified examination of college entrance examination. They have good cultural foundation and can choose sports item and learn professional classification according to their own interests; but they undergo different training efforts, which Jiangsu Province value literacy classes more than volleyball professional training while Shandong province have strict rules to their athlete's volleyball high-level training. When meeting large-scale tournaments, two provinces will both focus on the competition training; the drill program plan is systematized, but lacks the essential psychology training and the medical supervision.3. The coaches of two provinces are in the best teaching age, but their academic proportion can't reach the requirement of Ministry of Education for teaching personnel in the university. Of them, most are retired athletes, teaching the high-level sports team, but have short teaching service life. It seems that adopting work appraisal and carrying on corresponding incentive mechanism not only can evaluate and improve coach's teaching quality effectively, but have positive effects on coaches'selection and their professional title evaluation.4. The two provinces'volleyball venue and facilities need maintaining and repairing; train apparatus are scarce and relatively primitive, so coaches need lend other things to help training. The fund input of the high-level volleyball sports team of every university in Jiangsu Province is relatively average while the disparity of fund input in Shandong is relatively large. The funds source of high-level sports team is comparatively single while the expense is wide and various, which lead to the fund shortage.5. Referring to the cultivation and management system, the scientific training level of sports team is non- high; university's athletes lack the opportunity of communication; sending situation is pessimistic.So, we should devote more efforts to promote the volleyball sport continually; pay attention to the training and guiding of athletes'covert factors such as psychological factors; strengthen coaches'on-the-job training to improve their comprehensive quality; widen the fund sources by seeking enterprise investment and school's own obtain; adopt modernized scientific methods and apparatus to improve ordinary training; train inter-disciplinary talents to help to future development.
