It is of importance to cultivate the problem solving capability of the students. New courses pay attention to acquiring the new knowledge and information by solving problems and the practical life problems related to the subject of itself. As a result, we should let the students to participate on learning process and activate them to think and explore on one's own initiative. Application of problem-solving teaching mode could turn the courses into processes featured by exploration or creation. By reforming the teaching mode, it can thus impact the ways of learning for students and give prominence to cultivating the intercommunion and cooperation, which be helpful to spirit of innovation and ability of practice.Improving the abilities of solving problems of the students has been one of the main education targets in UK, US, Canada and Japan and so on.The research of problem solution also develops rapidly in China. In recent years, as the improving cognitivity and deepened understanding of problem solution teaching, it has acquired a great progress on the research of problem solution application on math. Because Science as a course in junior middle school appeared recently in our country, however, research of problem solution teaching on this subject dropped behind. It is an important content for basic education reformation and development to emphasize at cultivating the ability of problem solution. It is thus the request of the teaching for science new course.According to the research status of the teaching design of chemical problem solution, there are many deficiencies which represent the two dimensions hereinafter. First, the disagreement of the problem solution teaching and new course development, which is represented by the late appearance of composted course (Science) in junior middle school. Second, the great change of new course teaching ideology and learning mode made the research of problem solution drop behind relatively. For example, the studies of problem solution are deficient for probing teaching and dynamic building lesson obviously.In order to hackle investigator's the theory and practice of new course, it is necessary to carry out the research of problem solution and explore the effects of the problem building and solving policy for Science course. The thesis also pays attention to research on the advance problem building before class as well as the research on the dynamic problem-building during the teaching process. Of course, problem solution teaching in the background of the new course, the role of teacher has already changed obviously. It results in a problem, which is the teacher's function in the problem-solving teaching. Through the teaching practice adopting of the key point of science problem solution in Science course, it is found that problem solution and new course reform develop harmonizedly.
