In the current rapid development of science and technology and national competitiveness in the international situation, to enhance China's comprehensive strength, the importance of building quality basic education for the training of the socialist modernization drive required for high-quality workers and professionals to lay the basis. Curriculum reform is the core of educational reform. To further deepen the reform of ordinary junior high school, fully implement the education policy to continuously improve the quality of education, better adapted to the needs of socialist modernization. A new round in the basic education curriculum reform, as more than 80%of the population in rural areas, rural education is the important part of basic education, rural mathematics education reform is the key to reform of basic education, improve rural middle school mathematics quality of teaching and promoting the reform of basic education aid on hand.This according to education and psychology, theory, use of literature, lessons learned and a questionnaire survey and other research methods, through the investigation of rural secondary school mathematics textbooks, school, teachers, students, parents, community and other factors on rural middle school mathematics teaching summary of the problems, combined with my personal experience, the reality of rural schools that the teaching of teachers to play a leading role in trying to organize student activities, primarily supporting the basic knowledge of Jingguo connection, as a basic mathematics knowledge chain, and then through the variant form to adapt to the network, so that practice makes perfect, through the refinement of mathematical thinking, mathematical ability by sublimation. Schools, families and communities to actively cooperate with the teaching work, teaching resources, teaching environment, students in all aspects of psychology to mathematics teaching to provide a good protection.
