In the 21st century, the competitions are no longer between enterprise and enterprise, but between supply chain and supply chain. The designing research on the collaboration mechanism of supply chain can combine effectively the internal and external supply chain of a shipyard and help increase the performance and the competition power of the whole ship supply chain.Based on the research in both the foreign and domestic shipyard industries, this thesis take complicated system theories as to guide, and adopt the method which combines qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, micro-analysis to macro-analysis, revivification theory to whole theory, scientific reasoning to philosophical thoughts, to study mostly the collaboration mechanism and the optimization design of Complex Products Supply Chain about The Ocean Ships。The thesis contents the following aspects:First of all, the thesis raises relative concepts about ocean ship supply chain collaboration from the aspect of systematic science, then analyzes its features and proposes several problems existed. On the basic of complicated analysis on the market, product and produce of ocean ship complex products, the thesis analyzes the supply chain structure's complexity and nonlinearity, the complexity, openness, dynamics, cooperativity and sense of self-organization of each entity and behavior.Secondly, the thesis constructs a hierarchy collaboration model for external ship supply chain based on complex system theory. It analyzes and compares the centralized control and dispersed control of the supply chain collaboration mechanism, thus leads to three important conclusions:in case of two systems, the hierarchy supply chain system has lower prize, much more orders and better benefits under centralized control.Thirdly, according to multi-agent system modeling idea, the thesis gives a framework of multi-ship supply chain and studies the interaction process between each agent inside the system, then designs the process of communication and coordination to optimize the collaboration mechanism. Several improvements have been made on the negotiation process between shipyard and supplier under the supply chain circumstance. The allocation of tasks is realized through the collaboration among the manager and operator of the task and each agent. Relevant algorithms are also given.In the end, the thesis analyzes the validity of collaboration mechanism and the optimizing design between China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation. They can obtain a supply chain competitive advantage, share market share profit and avoid market risks through signing strategic cooperation agreement in the competitive market environment. Ultimately they can promote the sustainable development of China's shipbuilding industry and steel industry.With the modeling method under complex system as the technique guarantee, this thesis will surly contribute to the research of collaboration mechanism of complex products supply chain under complex circumstance, as well as to the development of ship industry.
