Ganzhou City, Jiangxi South Off Sao Output Project Development Feasibility Study

The results of the study not only fit in Ganzhou local, but also in underdeveloped regions of the country as a whole must have a reference value.Focus of this study highlight the three, first, focus on the overall labor force to show the situation at home and abroad, the transfer of rural labor force to explore the universal law; two are focused on the transfer of female labor force in rural areas and assess their characteristics, problems, develop ways to Ganzhou City women from employment; three domestic services are focused on practical research and development, and the views put forward by a strong operational countermeasures.In this study, do research and local study of the overall combination of the introduction process of the transfer of rural labor force at home and abroad, summed up the transfer of rural labor force characteristics of the developed countries, come to the conclusion that changes in industrial structure in developed countries, the emergence of an aging society, export of labor services to the service brought about a significant opportunity. Domestic labor force is divided into two levels, the overall situation and a problem of universal significance; two of China's rural areas are the focus of an analysis of female labor force that the idea of rural women in terms of employment, sources of information, scope of practice have limitations and women should be based on physical characteristics, selection of the development of suitable employment, engaged in domestic service sector is a good choice.This study seeks to combine theory and practice. Theoretically, Ganzhou as less developed regions, rural surplus labor force many to be the transfer of employment of rural women are the groups that can not be ignored. In rural areas, women have to endure hardship, to maintain the advantages of good, engaging in domestic work more easily be accepted. From the practice point of view, through a questionnaire survey, field visits, etc., on local and external GanZhou domestic service in a relatively clear understanding that domestic workers GanZhou high market reputation, the potential employment groups, and the momentum of strong market demand, domestic development services with good prospects for development.
