Analysis Of FDI On The Effects Of Labor Mobility In China Based On Panel Data

Since the reform and opening up,the economic development process of our country showed two characteristics:(1)The rapid growth of foreign direct investment,(2)The huge labor migration in China.These two areas have become a hot issue for domestic scholars.Around FDI,scholars have carried out detailed researches for FDI on China’s economic growth, employment creation,technology spillovers and other problems.For factors that affect labor mobility, experts have done a lot of detailed study from the institution,economics,society and other factors.And in my opinion,There are some correlations between the rapid growth of FDI and labor mobility in our country,and the growth of FDI in our country play a determined influence for the large-scale flow of labor in our country. So,this paper makes the distribution and growth of FDI as reseans to analyze the effects of FDI on China’s labor flow between provinces and the transfer in industries.About the chapter structure,this article is divided into five sections.The first chapter is introduction which describe the research background,the research ideas and methods,innovations,and difficulties. The second chapter is summary of related theory and related literature reviews.This part summarizes the theory of FDI and labor flows,analysises FDI and labor migration literatures, and put forward my own views and this writing ideas.The third chapter is the model derivation and data instructions,in chich propose three theoretical assumptions in this article and specific approach of dealing with the corresponding data. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis section,also a core part of this article.This section discusses that the differences in distribution of FDI between provinces have how much impacts on the inflow of labor inter-provincial in detail,that the differences of distribution of FDI in the industries have how much impacts on labor tranfer,and that differences of distribution of FDI in the industry have how much effects of job creation. The fifth chapter is the the conclusions for the paper and related policy analysis. Finally,this paper propose policy and recommendations from the aspects of reasonable introduction and layout of China’s FDI,of promoting China’s labor force flow reasonablely and effectively,and of facing the problem that labor force return into the the central and western region on a large scale.
