But due to lack the extensive research of the tending and bidding process, the bidding and bid evaluation can not meet the requirement of current economic developing, and lack of related subordinory regulation and supervision, more and more problems appears, although the tending and bidding process has been used very well in western countries.This article is trying to analysis the problems happened during the tendering and bidding process, based on the Multi Attribution Decision Theory, & related real case to provide the some suggestion to the process, and aim to get process optimizedFirstly, Article has analysis the problems in the tendering and bidding process, and compares the each method of the bid evaluation. And based on this, using the theory of SMART and AHP to analysis the problems in detail. Meantime, Based on the real working experience, figure out the problems and proposed solutions.This article results can be referred during the tendering and bidding process in the construction contractor selection.
