According to feature of A plant, we introduce TPM method and give a flexible application through adjustment of organization, five "S", reasonable suggestion, professional examination & daily examination, self-maintenance, MRO outsource to improve the machine management.We compare the management index before and after TMP, and verified the TPM activity can bring huge benefits for most of enterprise, included the physical income and intangible value. It strengthen the competitiveness of enterprise in the world.
