Construction industry is an important pillar industry of China's national economy.It plays an important role in China's economic development.The construction enterprises need more talents,and the professional and technical talents in the construction enterprises master the core technology of the construction enterprises,which is the core strength of the development.The high-quality development of construction enterprises is inseparable from the high-level and high-quality professional and technical personnel.For a construction enterprise,it is of great significance to maintain professional and technical personnel.At present,many construction enterprises in China are weak in human resource management.Some construction enterprises have invested a lot of human,material and financial resources in engineering projects,but they neglect the vocational development of professional technical employees and corporate culture construction,which results in the loss of professional technical employees in construction enterprises.The loss of professional technical employees affects the construction of talent team in construction enterprises,increases the recruitment cost and training cost of enterprises,reduces the core competitiveness of enterprises,and is not conducive to the long-term development of construction enterprises.Using the methods of theoretical analysis and investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in Z Construction Corporation(hereinafter referred to as Z Corporation),conducts a questionnaire survey and interview survey on some of the professional technical employees leaving and in-service in Z Corporation by combining offline and online methods.Thus the main reasons for the outflow of professional technical employees in Z Corporation are summarized as follows:incomplete welfare of professional technical employees,imperfect career development of professional technical employees,imperfect corporate culture,etc.In view of the these problems,combined with the actual situation of Z Corporation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the maintenance of professional technical employees in Z Corporation: strengthening the welfare construction of professional technical employees,improving the vocational development of professional technicalemployees,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,strengthening the management of professional technical employees in danger,etc.By analyzing the reasons of the loss of professional technical employees in Z Corporation,this paper proposes the maintenance countermeasures for professional technical employees,which can effectively prevent the loss of professional technical employees in Z Corporation,stimulate the potential of professional technical employees,improve the human performance level of the company,stabilize the talent team,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the human resource management of the company.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other construction enterprises to effectively manage and maintain professional technical employees.
