Across The Mode Of Biological Resources In Yunnan Province Industrial Technology Research

As is one of the pillar industries in Yunnan Province, Biological Resource industry has played an important part in the development of Yunnan Province. Yunnan Province Biological Resource industry is special in nature, Diverse ecosystems in Yunnan Province, has a wide variety of wild animals and plants, but despite the variety of biological resources, but resources did not translate into market advantages and economic advantages, without the planned abuse of resources, to some extent affected the biological resources in Yunnan Province industry. The face of international competition, biological resources, in Yunnan Province backward technology industry and marketing tool to market control is weak. Industrial development and improve the overall environmental urgent need to establish effective mechanisms to promote and accelerate the industrialization of scientific researchFacing this industry background, in order to speed up the industrialization of biological resources in Yunnan Province sustainable development, to enable it to compete with foreign markets, an effective way is through a technological leap. To achieve this goal, choosing the appropriate technology across the model is very important. Technology across the developing or underdeveloped regions catches up with developed countries in an important way, in this paper, mainly for industry technological leap. The implementation of technology across the industry, the first goal of the industrial technology across an accurate positioning, on this basis, combined with industry, the existing situation, identify the industry's technological breakthrough to select the appropriate technology in the industry across the model, the final leap forward in technology.This paper reviews the relevant literature and the investigation of the situation of Yunnan Province Biological Resource industry, analyses the feasibility and necessity of implementation of technological leapfrogging for Yunnan Province Biological Resource industry, and on this basis, the author chooses Yun Nan Bai Yao Group as an object of study.First, the author investigated its situation on the spot, second, according to the result of investigation, this paper selects 23 indexes, using Factor Analyzing through the courtesy of SPSS software to analyze this object, which includes the enterprise organizational environment, human resources, technology, national environmental, environmental as well as the relationship with outside world. After that, we can come to a conclusion that what leapfrogging models, should the Group has to chosen, and then, giving some suggestions for this Group.After this analysis, we can make a conclusion that the Biological Resource industry should adopt the independence supplemented with the introduction technology leapfrogging and technology leapfrogging. Then, from aspects of the government,industry and corporation respectively, the author give some suggestions.
