Flight Plan Based On Airspace Capacity Assessment Strategies

According with the air space flow increasing and capability changing, the conflicts between of them are becoming increasingly acute. And that,the Unreasonable arrange of flight plans leads to flight delay rate increasing.So to accurately evaluate Flight Plan Based on Airspace Capability has become a serious topic.The evaluation of airspace capacity and flight plan based on the controller workload had been deeply analyzed from the aspects of theory and practice. The development of air transportation in China was firstly introduced.Then the content associated with air traffic management was introduced. After that, the classification of controller's workload was discussed and the specific method of evaluating the workload of ATCs was implemented. Then a model of evaluation of workload based on airspace capacity was established. Then we design the flight plan Appraisal flow based on Airspace capacity. Furtherly, we design and implement a system named Flight Plan Evaluation System based on Airspace Capacity. Finally, the further work on the research of Flight Plan Appraisal Strategy based on Airspace Capacity.
