At present, China's land-consolidation project management tools are still based on traditional manual management mode. This kind of mode uses paper as a medium to storage management, query, statistics and update. It's inefficient in manage, single in mean, and low in scientific level. The management of land-consolidation project involves mass of spatial and non-spatial data, attributive data, includes related graphics, accounting, natural socio-economic data, and also various types of statistical analysis, spatial analysis, and spatial application of the model. The traditional manual management mode is not fit to the rapid development needs of society and economy. Besides,the storage, query and shared use of spatial and attributive data also need to be solved using modern technical means of information systems. Using advanced computer technology to improve the scientific management, quality and efficiency is inevitable.This paper successfully designs an information system for land-consolidation project by using hibernate,AspectJ and other related technologies. Using this system can simplify part of land-implementation work, spare related workers'time, and be benefit to overall process. This system has been successfully applied to the land-consolidation project of Youxian district, Mianyang city. It shows that it can improve the efficiency of a project, promote the content and level of automation technology, and improve the quality and efficiency of management in productive farm constructing work. |
