Research And Implementation Of Agricultural Land Management Business Management System

Since 2003,the State Council has been carrying out land consolidation work for 15 years.The most important part of land consolidation is the consolidation of agricultural land.Guangdong Province actively carried out agricultural land consolidation operations,and in 2012 it began to organize agricultural land consolidation information.After following many years of agricultural land consolidation and construction and implementation of management work,this paper studies the design,development,and data analysis technologies of agricultural land consolidation business systems.The main contents include:The consolidation of business.This paper sorts out the policies,standards,guidelines,and work plans of the country and Guangdong Province for many years,and communicates the results with the actual business people.It sorts out the agricultural land consolidation business from the perspectives of business operations,management methods,and management priorities,and concludes that Guangdong Agricultural land consolidation business informatization needs.System design and development.For business requirements,the overall design is based on object-oriented and layered thinking,and system architecture and module interfaces are given.The details of each module are compared with the detailed design of the system.The.Net Framework is used to develop the B/S architecture.The SQL Server is used as the main database to build the business database and the spatial database.Using SQLServer,ArcGIS server 10.2,IIS server and Net Framework framework to construct software system framework,using ASP.net,ArcGIS API for JS,ArcEngine and other components for design and implementation.Business information analysis.This paper has accumulated 7 years of agricultural land consolidation project data.This paper uses mathematical statistics method to analyze these data,gives the statistical distribution law of the average investment level of the project mu,gives advice according to the distribution rules,and visualizes the analysis results.This paper summarizes the analysis process and methods,develops dedicated modules and integrates them into the system.The agricultural land consolidation management system designed and implemented in this paper solves the problems of information exchange and material organization and management in the management of agricultural land consolidation projects.Through system applications,business efficiency and supervision capabilities of functional departments have been improved.After accumulating a large amount of business data,through statistics and analysis,the distribution of average investment per mu for agricultural land consolidation in Guangdong Province was obtained,and the auxiliary business was audited.Based on this development analysis module,data analysis and visualization display functions are realized.
