Pu'er region through which ore belt prospecting potential analysis has a reasonable place characteristics and the proposed countermeasures planning programs in the area of mineral resources research and reasonable and provide a scientific basis for rapid development.In this paper, basing on the research item called "the development and utilization of mineral resources and research of sustainable development strategies of resources in Pu'er City",it identifies the prevailing mineral types,studies in-depth, Puts forward the idea of mineral Resources planning areas of this region, proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of rational development and utilization of mineral resources of the region via contrasting and analyzing the reserves of different mineral products, conditions of development, degree of rarity, market demands of Pu'er region, etc.At the basis of the collecting and collating geological exploration, researching data of the predecessors and the wild spot survey information of research group, the paper plans and analyzes the resource strategy from the point of view the expected development and utilization, using geology, resource economics, technical economics, mining economics and other related subject knowledge, the following work is performed: 1.Based on the research of Pu're's metallogenic background, we take a deep study of the five region of Ailaoshan,Yunling,Lanping---Simao,Lancang and Changning-Lanchang's spatial distribution, mine resources geological structure background, the characteristics of resources and the prospecting potential, considering that Pu'er has a bright geological setting of ore-forming processes and resource capabilities.2.Pu'er is rich in mineral resources, but has a low level of development.Combine with the city mining industry development strategic target, to propose reasonably 2009-2020 in the near future, the intermediate stage and the long-term plan goal in reason,and take a deep prospect into the mining development of Pu'er.East line of Jingdong-Zhenyuan-Mojiang-Jiangcheng is the eastern area, mainly develops minerals is gold, the iron, the nickel, the coal, the silica, forms five mining industry plan area;The middle area located in the west line of Jingdong-Zhenyuan-Mojiang-Jiangcheng,and east of Lanchan River the area, mainly develops minerals is copper, the salts minerals (sodium salt, sylvite), the building materials (cement limestone), the energy minerals (petroleum, natural gas), forms six mining and metallurgy (industry) base; West of Lanchan River the area, mainly develops the minerals lead zinc silver polymetallic, the manganese (silver), the iron, the tin (tungsten), forms five mining and metallurgy (industry) planning area.3.According to the former research and the data of main mineral reserves until 2008, we determine the main advantage of mineral, put the focus on the analysis of resource development, In accordance with the geographical distribution and capacity of existing enterprises mineral distribution,we recommended that layout of the mineral development should be divided into three parts:East line of Jingdong-Zhenyuan-Mojiang-Jiangcheng is the eastern area, mainly develops minerals is gold, the iron, the nickel, the coal, the silica, forms five mining industry plan area;The middle area located in the west line of Jingdong-Zhenyuan-Mojiang-Jiangcheng,and east of Lanchan River the area, mainly develops minerals is copper, the salts minerals (sodium salt, sylvite), the building materials (cement limestone), the energy minerals (petroleum, natural gas), forms six mining and metallurgy (industry) base; West of Lanchan River the area, mainly develops the minerals lead zinc silver polymetallic, the manganese (silver), the iron, the tin (tungsten), forms five mining and metallurgy (industry) planning area.4.Has determined the mining industry development strategic target:The Pu'er city ore industry total output value is 3,533,000,000 Yuan in 2009, the tax revenue 461,000,000 Yuan;and the ore industry total output value amounts to 4,756,000,000 Yuan by 2010, the tax revenue 619,000,000 Yuan;the value amounts to 17,055,000,000 Yuan by 2015, the tax revenue 2,219,000,000 Yuan; the value amounts to 31,858,000,000 Yuan by 2020, the tax revenue 4,143,000,000 Yuan.5.In considering the inadequate investment in mineral exploration, the low degree use of resource-intensive, the short industry chain, the laging behind of infrastructure construction, inadequate implementation of sustainable development and so many other problems,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as advanced scientific planning, enhanceing resource integration, optimizing resource allocation, implementation of intensive processing, promoting the quality and efficiency of mining industry, adhering to sustainable development, strengthening of government services and so on.
