After 2010, China's phosphate rock resources will be difficult to meet the huge demand for China's national economic development. Yunnan ,as China's second largest province of Phosphorus resources ,the sustainable development of phosphate resources use on Yunnan and even China's stable development of economy and society have great significance. The optimal depletion of phosphate rock, is without prejudice to the present and future generations on the basis of normal development, by weighing the current consumption and future consumption in order to achieve maximum development and utilization of social welfare approach is a sustainable development use patterns.Phosphate supply through domestic and international structure, consumption structure, resource distribution and characteristics of phosphorus in Yunnan, the current utilization of phosphorus in Yunnan judged, and quantitative research methods to infer the development trend of phosphorus in Yunnan, and depletion of resources applied to the most appropriate model to simulate the depletion of resources, sustainable development and utilization of phosphorus in Yunnan way, revealing the rich high-grade phosphate rock mining the optimal speed, the optimum exploitation of phosphate rock way.
