| Project management refers to the process that project managers manage all the work involved in the project effectively within the constraints of limited resources, using systematic views, methods and theory, that is, to plan, organize, command, coordinate, control and evaluate from the beginning of the project investment decision to the completion of the project, in order to achieve the goal of the project. The project participants play a significant role in the process of project implement, because they are responsible for the whole implement tasks during the process.Human Resources (HR), as the most basic, the most important and the most creative resources, is a decisive factor for the success of the project. Future, in the process of HR management, HR performance management is a particularly important aspect. Good project performance management, especially the effective appraisal, evaluation and the implement of the project performance, and the good coordination of the relationships with other departments, can guarantee the success of project management and the continuous improvement of the project management methods. Thus, it embodies great practical significance to explore the design of the performance appraisal system of the project participants, and it is precisely the topic of this thesis.This thesis makes the Factory-constructed project of Jinanqingqi as the research background, the project team of the company as the research object, makes use of relevant theories of HR performance management, and tends to explore the problems existed through the methods such as inner research and on-site visits. This thesis finally presents a scientific, rational and practical HR performance management system based on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research. This thesis aims to help the current HR performance management out of the misleading ideas, boost the enthusiasm of the project participants effectively to a certain extent and give full play to the personnel's potential. And thus it is of great practical significance to ensure the successful completion of the factory-constructed project of Jinanqingqi.The thesis consists of four parts. Chapter one is the introduction. It introduces the research background, purpose and significance and proposes the research ideas and methods based on the current situations of the project HR performance management in China. Chapter two makes a brief review of the previous research on project management and HR performance management based on a comprehensive analysis of the relevant research data both in China and abroad and summarizes the knowledge needed for project management and HR performance management. Chapter three summarizes the main content of project HR performance management, clarifies the characteristics of project HR performance management theory combining the characteristics of project management, puts forward the basic principles, internal environment and the different human resources needs at different stages, and on this basis, further proposes a dynamic management of the project HR performance. Chapter four makes an empirical study of the relocation project of Jinanqingqi, proposes the problems existed in the HR performance management, and presents the corresponding countermeasures combing the HR performance management practice of this project. In the end, this thesis makes a summary of the important points of this paper and draws a conclusion.This paper studies and discusses the project HR performance management, and gives a detailed and in-depth analysis of the actual situation of the HR performance management combing a specific project of Jinanqingqi. It also presents the author's ideas and countermeasures aiming to certain problems, which is worth other companies with similar problems learning. The author believes this is a nice try, and it is helpful to solve some practical problems existed in current HR management in relocation project as well. |
