Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Model Of Forest Enterprise Information System

As the rapid development of information technology, in order to synchronize with the information world, all sectors are needed to adapt to the development of national information infrastructure and convergence with the national information highway, Forestry is without exception. They build large and small information systems in forest resource management, Among the already established information systems of forest resources management, low utilization rate, long development cycle and low efficiency are the common problems. The root is the lack of timely and necessary evaluation. While the traditional technological & economical evaluation system is no longer fit for modern information system, it has become a challenging topic of both theoretical and practical importance to research the information system's comprehensive evaluation of forestry enterprises.This essay combines the research methods of theoretical and empirical, qualitative and quantitative.The research achievements are as follows:(1)Under the guidance of current evaluation methods, starting from the current information system situation,we explore methods for the information system's comprehensive evaluation of forestry enterprises;(2) Through in-depth research of the current Comprehensive Evaluation theory, the essay brings forward the evaluation elements and assessment steps of forestry enterprises, it analysis and designs the evaluation index system, and determiner the index weight of each factor using analysis hierarchy process(AHP);(3)In the process of evaluation,with the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,we works out the evaluation standards for each index and also the membership function of quantitative indexes;(4) Forestry enterprises'information system is a complicated, multi-attribute system, and it has plenty of vague information. So we chose to use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method (FCE), and built a multi-hierarchy FCE model that fits the characteristics of forestry enterprises' information system;(5)Putting our FCE model into actual use in a forestry enterprise's information system, it proves right of this essay's evaluation methods, and shows the scientific practical nature of the evaluation index system and the multi-hierarchy FCE model.
