| With the rapid development of economy and urbanization advancement, people have new idea about the values of domestic garbage. City household garbage as "misplaced resources" caused parties more and more attention. Classification and recycling of household garbage not only directly affects townsman's living environment, also affects the course of urbanization. In view of this, a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature are referenced in this article, in guidelines of resource scarcity, sustainable utilization and sustainable development, optimal allocation of resources, consult the idea of public goods, externality theory and industrialization principle, we describe the classification and recycling condition of urban household garbage in Urbana city annually, do a simple regression analysis to identify factors which related to it strongly and analyze the reasons, transverse comparison and longitudinal comparison of the condition of household garbage classification are made during these years, its causes and change rules are analyzed and related experience is summarized; Subsequently, we inspect the Chinese situation of urban household waste classification and recycling management, point out that at present in our country, management of city household rubbish has problems such as infrastructure lack, backward garbage processing technology, the environmental protection consciousness behind, lack of corresponding measures. Take Beijing and Xi'an for example, we analyze their garbage classification and recycling management restriction, aimed at the problems, proposed relevant policies suggestions including strengthen the propaganda and education of environmental protection, strengthen the construction of infrastructure and system, improve garbage processing technology and industrialization management. The further problems we need to think about are also discussed, such as the infrastructure construction of trash classification and recycling, the industrialization and standard rules of urban household garbage classification. |
