| As a new form of modern enterprise's competitiveness and cooperation, with the wave in the global economic and information time, supply chain is now confronting high risk of low efficiency and suspending. The unique product features of equipment manufacture enterprises determine the complex structure and high risk of supply chain. This paper apply Questionnaire Survey, Factor Analysis, Fuzzy Mathematics Theory, Failure mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis Method and Multi-agent System Technology to identify, evaluate and control risks for equipment manufacture enterprises supply chain, in order to have it operated with stability and high efficiency.On the basis of reviewed a plenty of related literatures at home and abroad, as will as around the theme of supply chain risk management of equipment manufacture enterprise,this paper mainly studies the following three problems. One is equipment manufacturing supply chain risk identification. After literature review and enterprise interview, this paper hypothesized the supply chain risk factors combining equipment manufacture enterprises characteristics, finally, and determined nine main risk factors and 32 risk variables by used of Questionnaire Survey and Factor Analysis, then complete the process of risk identification. The second one is equipment manufacturing supply chain risk assessment. Followed the risk identification, determined the fuzzy evaluation matrix and risk index weight by use of Secondary Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and FMECA Method respectively, finally got the risk level value of the whole supply chain and the nine main risk factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises, illustrated the results analysis in additionally. The last one is equipment manufacturing enterprises supply chain risk control. By use of MAS technology, it constructed supply chain risk early warning and processing aided decision-making system model for equipment manufacture enterprise to always risk control.This paper identified nine main risk factors and 32 risk variables combined with the characteristics of equipment manufacturing supply chain and calculated the risk level of the whole supply chain and the main risk factors, at last, applied computer technology into supply chain risk management and proposed Multi-agent based risk early warning and processing aided decision-making system model.
