Supply chain management is to make profits for supply chain companies by improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, maximizing responsiveness to customer needs. Past researches on supply chain management are concentrated in the deterministic environment, such as supplier selection and negotiation mechanism, distribution network design, transportation route design, inventory control, supply chain coordination mechanisms and information-sharing mechanisms and other issues, But many supply chain risk events and the serious consequences caused that any one entity in the supply chain can directly affect the continuing operations of the company, the vulnerability of the supply chain and the threat of the external environment can be tremendous negative effect. So how to identify, measure, transfer the risk of the supply chain management has become an important supply chain research topics and The number of supply chain management researchers and practitioners is increasing. In the practices of supply chain management, take the automotive industry for example, with auto dealers increasingly become the mainstream business in auto after-sales service format,whether they have perfect after-sale service system has become the core competitiveness embodiment of each auto manufacturing enterprise. However, as the development time of car spare parts supply chain management in our country is very short, the car spare parts supply chain management theory research and practice experience are limited, especially the concept of the automobile spare parts supply chain risk management is still at the primary stage. At present, there are very few domestic researches of the car spare parts supply chain risk management combing the evaluation index system and evaluation method, and the evaluation index considering mainly concentrated in a single process, more focused on spare part inventory management. In a word, the researches are lack of system concept.In view of this, in order to improve the supply chain enterprise management ability and competition ability, this article studied the identification and evaluation methods from the Angle of whole of supply chain, and takes the car spare parts supply chain for example. First, through a lot of literature research provides research problems and perspectives, supply chain risk identification and evaluation of the basic theory are analyzed. Then, from the overall Angle, based on SCOR model,supply chain management process is divided into five main apart such as strategic planning, procurement, inventory management, distribution, recalling, the operation of each apart respectively are analyzed in detail, and combining the theory of sociology discussed the important factors that influence the risk of supply chain management. In the basis of theoretical analysis, this article constructed the evaluation system from nine apart such as assets and infrastructure risk, supply chain enterprise cultural differences and strategic risk, purchasing risk, in library management risk, distribution risk, recalled risk, organizing relationship and enterprise system risk, external environment risk, market risk in supply chain risk, then explain the qualitative and quantitative indicator. Finally, the established evaluation index system is applied to a car company, and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is evaluated the risk of spare parts supply chain.This paper first introduced the Bayesian network method into risk assessment of the local risk of the supply chain, risk assessment dynamic model is constructed. Bayesian network method considering the dependent relationships of the factors. The qualitative and quantitative data will be combined in risk assessment. Bayesian network method is with modeling method, graphic representation, causality clear characteristics, can better process the problems of subjective factors in supply chain risk assessment.
