Today when brand competition becomes sharp, combined commodity has been paid more attention to by brand clothing operators increasingly, as an important means of communicating brand image and improving brand sales. As more and more brand clothing tend to the business model of franchise, the understanding and practice of combined commodity of franchisees are directly related to the effectiveness of shops and impact on the long‐term development of brands. Through a long‐term practice and a lot of market research, the author has found that when franchisees who are the main promoters of markets of brand clothing operate with combined commodity, their operating principles and operating methods are still on the stage of experience, resulting in combined commodity can not meet the demand of consumers effectively and can not enhance the brand image. Therefore, this article analyses the ideas and methods of combined commodity in‐depth, thus the theoretical guidance for franchisee to operate combined commodity has been achieved emphatically, standing on point of view of franchisees, taking meeting the demand of consumers and enhance the brand image as a principle, for the purpose of profits, based on the research of related theory of combined commodity, through a long‐term practice and operation of brand terminals, combined with a wide range of actual market survey. The main research contents and results of this article include:①First, the related concepts on franchisee who are the operators of brand clothing combined commodity are elaborated, and then the concept of brand clothing combined commodity is explained. Last, the common combination ways of brand clothing, the principles of operating brand clothing combined commodity for franchisee and influenced factors related are summarized.②This issue points out that the operating of brand clothing combined commodity of franchisees should be based on the demand of regional consumers and the analysis with existing combined commodity. It tries to sum up the approach to obtaining the demand of regional consumers, the analytical elements and methods of existing combined commodity. It proposes the methods and principles for franchisees to implement combined commodity on two levels that are the combination and the display of combined commodity, and sums up the flow chart for franchisees to implement combined commodity.③Linking up with a actual case, this issue carries out a detailed analysis to the present situation of combined commodity of"Yishion", and has given specific proposals in connection with the practical problems of operating combined commodity of franchisees according to the operating methods and principles of combined commodity.
