However, the problem of industrial structure assimilation has recently become a prominent issue,and the academic and the government are both paying close attention to it. Scholars using structure similarity index, regional division of labor index, the Gini coefficient and the location quotient and other indicators to measure the level of their convergence, and put forward relevant measures of regional industrial structure adjustment, but with little success. Research results mainly in the following two different standpoints:On one hand,some scholars believe that the main cause of convergence problems of China's industrial structure including history and structure.marketing misleading and low market size of enterprise as well as similar regional economic development, Demands of local interests and market segmentation. On the other hand,some scholars suggest that convergence of industrial structure in most of our industry are acceptable.we should focuse on solving the lower concentration of technology-based industries point to the scale of the structure of non-consensual convergence of structure. Macro-regional structure similarity index is higher while micro-regional is lower. convergence problems of industrial structure accord with the objective economic while the convergence problems of products is violating it.Market forces have reversed the situation of China's industrial structure convergence.At present,the discuss derived from dustrial structure convergence and regional division of industry has already spread to vrious industrial areas.Actually, the structure of three industries and the internal structure of services in most developed countrise are convrngent.Industrial structure and progressive regional division of labour depend on each other, Convergence of regional industrial structure is an important sign to determine if the regional industrial structure is acceptable, and it is a realistic way to solve the serious problem of convergence that promote regional industries, the product development of relations within the division structure. This thesis study how the the regional industrial structure alternate with the progression of the regional division of labour,in the process of seeking solutions to regional industrial structure problem with countermeasures. This thesis analysis industrial structure and regional division of labor through similar to the selection coefficient, the regional division of labor index. Shandong peninsula metropolitan is the main research sample in the thesis, which analyses the the regional industrial structure changes with the evolution of the regional division of labor. Horizontally, the three industries with the industrial division of labor structure similarity coefficient index showed a reverse change,and in the vertical, from industry to intra-industry and until the product trade, the reverse change was also found.Such studies can get the conclusion that industrial structure alternate with the evolving division of labor. In the thesis end, the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the regional division of labor. local urban agglomerations and competitive industries should be fostered and key enterprises should enhance the independent innovation ability and product pricing power.
