Many countries take endowment insurance system of the social insurance as one of the main functions of the government.Although their countries' political and economic systems is not the same, but what they focus is quite similar. Endowment insurance is a kind of public welfare project, which affects all social citizens of a country can be a good and prosperous life, can maintain normal living standards. So, the state and society have the responsibility to set up and complete endowment insurance system so as to reached the public interest on the full protection. As living standards and improved quality of life, number of elderly people in many countries gradually increased, increasing the proportion of the total population.For our country, the aging of China's socio-demographic trend became more serious, this trend began to appearback in a few decades ago.However, until the the late 80s from the 20th century it has began the development of the real pension system in China.Even after nearly 30 years of pension insurance system in the development of China has achieved some success, to secure their basic livehood and promote social stability and economic development has played a certain role.But we should also realize that in the context of population aging society, a number of troubles still exist in China's current endowment insurance.Based on the background of an aging population,author analyzes the current operational status of pension system, pension system in China trying to find the specific reform measures.This article is divided into four sections as the following:First, the introduction section. This part focuses on sexual questions and socal overview of the aging of endewment insurance of influence.Third, endowment insurance running situation of the analysis. This part of mainly described in the past period of endowment insurance operation process of the achievements and existing problems in the analysis.Fourth, adapt society the aging of population trends, perfecting China's endowment insurance system. This article mainly lies in aiming at some problems appeared, government, society and individual of endowment insurance system was discussed, and establishing new trend of endowment insurance mode, discard some traditional endowment systems.The innovation of this paper lies in comprehensive combed the related theoretical literature, through policy analysis and China's old-age insurance historical research, this paper summarizes the aging population under the background of our endowment insurance institution in China nowdays, points out that the operation status of the endowment insurence system in achievement on basis of some problems still exist. On this basis, the aging of population from social background, this paper concluded that perfect China's endowment insurance patten of phyzicel ways.
