Along with the information times coming, the survival and competitive environment of enterprises has changed radically, more and more enterprises recognize that the information technology can improve their operational efficiency, reduce operating costs and improve business competitiveness.ERP (enterprise resource planning), since coming China, has been gradually applied to many large enterprises. however, for many small enterprises, ERP applications are still in a beginning stage, and these enterprises, most of the information is in low lever, not only the financial,warehousing but also planning and other sectors, relying on manual systems to operate. Therefore,to these enterprises, need to use information systems to provide benefitS, reduse operating costs.However, ERP implementation is a systematic project, It needs lage funds, manpower, material and other resources , the implementation process inevitably exist in a variety of obstacles, and it is difficult to quantify the application of the benefits,Therefore, many cases of failure.In this paper, basing practical work, the author use ERP theory, ERP implementation methodology, project management theory, business process design and other related theoretical knowledge, to analysis PR company's ERP system implementation process and the existence of the problem,try to seek methods of the success in ERP implementation . Firstly, by analyzing the background, business type, status information in PR company , evaluate the characteristics, difficulties and potential risks in ERP system implementation. Then summarizes the objectives and implementation requirements.Secondly, study the four most critical part the PR company ERP system implementation in business requirements analysis, process design, data management, and elaborated throughout the ERP implementation cost, quality, and risk control of the situation;Finally, evaluate the effect in implementation of ERP systems.
