Tumen River Regional Multilateral Cooperation Development To Promote Strategic Research

Among the world's most prominent feature of economic development are economic globalization, regionalization and integration. International and regional economic cooperation is often referred to regional economic integration. It's mean that two or more countries through the signing of free trade agreements or other economic agreements between countries to achieve regional economic integration and market integration. According to the degree of development, regional economic integrated organizations can be divided into some basic types. They are the economic integration on a single commodity,preferential trade arrangements, free trade zone, customs union, common market, economic union, complete economic integration and so on. Regional economic integration increasingly strengthened the economic cooperation, mutual penetration and mutual dependence between the countries. This trend shows that the any country that leave the world economy and world markets can't independently development in the word, whether developed or developing country are all thinking about how to participate in international economic cooperation and carry out regional economic integration and other issues.As early as the late 80s in the last century, the UNDP proposed Tumen River development project. Tumen River Area has a comprehensive developed international value, because it is the core of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia. So far, the development is slow and effect is not obvious.In this paper, through a comprehensive study of historical process, development situation, drivers, constraints in the regional multilateral cooperation about the Tumen River development.At the same time combination the experienced analysis of sub-regional cooperational development. we'11 scientificly design promoted strategies of multilateral cooperation and development in the Tumen River Area and from the perspective of national strategies to develop new cooperation mechanisms. Research paper is divided into five parts:In the first part the main research topics are the background and significance, domestic and foreign research synthesis, research content, and research methodologies. The second part is to review relevant theories of regional development, including regional economic integration theory, vertical international division of labor theory, radiation theory, point-axis development theory. The third part examines the experience of regional development strategies and analysis the overall strategy of the European Union and the North American Free Trade Area. And also it compare the strategic mechanisms in the Northeast Asia and the European Union, the North American Free Trade Area. At the last I get the experient enlightenment. The fourth Part is regional multilateral cooperative and developed overview about the Tumen River, it explores the drivers of regional cooperation, including the regional advantages, the external pressures of international and internal dynamics within each country. Looking back to development history of the Tumen River Area and analysing the present situation, it find reasons that the Tumen River developed slowly an current. The fifth Part is the promoted strategic research of multilateral cooperation and Development about Tumen River Area, given the guiding ideology and objectives of Tumen River regional cooperation, proposed cooperation routing and a variety of safeguards.This article aims to seek promoted strategies for cooperation and Development in the Tumen River Area. Because the Tumen River Area Development is the most typical in Northeast Asia region and most potential in sub-regional economic cooperation, an important component part in a whole opening-up pattern of China's. For asserting our political economic interests on the Sea of Japan, and promoting economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and political stability, the consolidation of China's northeastern border, strengthening the region's national unity and prosperiting to border areas, have important political and economic significance. But also it hope provide some useful reference for multilateral cooperation and provide some useful reference in the Tumen River Area provide some useful reference, to speed up its process, to promote cooperative development to a new level.
