Study On Production Logistics System Reproduction Of Jmc Axle Plant

This dissertation is based on production system of Jiangling Motors Corporation, Based on the theory of production and logistics, the article analyses in JMC Axle Plant. It brings out the general management project about establishing the system of production material flow. During the process of reproduction production and logistics system, JMC takes production as the guidance, JMC insists on that we should identify and eliminate all kinds of waste, reduce production costs and improve the company's core competitiveness. All the cases and methods can make the company find a good position in the fierce market competition. the article firstly starts with the system of production material flow, study the framework and general design and part design, secondly it's supervised for the problems in the system by the ways of guideline performance and system tool, thirdly discusses the evaluation way in production material flow with the main target on the time of production material flow, and brings some suggestion to optimize the production and logistics system lastly. I hope this article can help the similar domestic enterprises in the following implementation.
