The rapid development of science technology and the universal application of information technology, enhancement of consumer demand trend of individuality, the establishment of the mechanism of competition, Chinese enterprises in order to improve the competitiveness of various types, demand for a new logistics continuously, the republic of Chinese economic began to bring the logistics development to schedule. However, because of the logistics system emerging from the shackles of a planned economy, has not formed a relatively complete system, generally speaking, Chinese logistics is still in its initial stage. Chinese enterprises focuses more on external logistics, and pay less attention to internal production logistics. As Chinese economic structural reforms, a clear relationship between ownership and enterprise, the researches of manufacture enterprises and other circulation enterprises penetrate from the circulation field to manufacture field.Computer simulation as an effective method has been extensively used in manufacturing system design, operation and optimization. On the product line operation, we can model the actual operation of the existing product line, simulate the model dynamically, show operating status, using actual data to verify the feasibility of simulation models. Analyzing the simulation results, aiming at the problems that exist on existing product line, by adjusting parameters,running the Simulation model and comparing the results to determine the best measures for improvement.This paper analyzes the status of domestic and foreign production logistics, by comparison in researches of domestic and foreign to find improvements. Then introduces the definition of discrete event system and four different simulation strategies . Event Schedule method, Actives Scanned method, Tenor Alternation method and Three Phase method. Compares the advantages and disadvantages of several logistics simulation softwares. Finally expatiates on the definition of production logistics, features and logistics management modes. Takes Y enterprise as a type for researching , the production logistics management mode of Y is Pull that guided by ERP/MRP theory, namely taking hybrid control strategy of Push and Pull control the assembly line.In the initial stage of assembly line takes push strategy, makes production schedule by ERP/MRP to promote the entire production line. Takes Pull in other stages of control strategies that take JIT delivery, and establishes cooperative relations with suppliers. By taking the measures of reducing the stock of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products , controlling product quality to reduce the space occupied by lower production lead time, to improve labor productivity and the quality of products, promote reduced costs, shorten delivery, accordingly meet the growing customer demand for individuality and diversity. From the control structure, push / pull hybrid strategy focuses on the coordination of dispersive control. Based on the above theories, puts forward the focus of this study using professional simulation software eM-Plant, simulates the logistics system of Y enterprises assembly line in the assembly shop. Through the analysis of the data and charts from the results, puts forward corresponding optimization measures, enhance the operation efficiency of the line and buffers to optimize existing assembly line. In simulation, adjusts the model by optimization measures ,the results are compared and analyzed before and after. After optimizing, improvements in terms of output, efficiency, utilization, buffer stocks and jam problems are obviously, the assembly line achieves the purpose of optimization. And based on the actual data of the assembly line to partitioning the storage, using programming language SIMTALK provided by the software eM-Plant to programme the shortest route, confirms the route for the forklifts collect accessories in the storage.
