Protection And Tourism Development Of The Chinese Landscape Village Study

As a heritage of the historical culture and an epitome of the human living environment in the past, ancient villages have an enormous impact on the modern society. Through the unique folk house, rich culture deposits, old folkway and old folk custom, ancient villages tell us the long colorful history of China, they are precious wealth and huge heritage handed down by our ancestors. However, along with the change of age and the fast development of the social economy, the traditional culture of ancient villages is suffering severe impact and challenge of modern culture. Therefore, it is not only an academic project, but also a practical project to protect and develop ancient villages immediately, to deal with the relationship between protection and development.China is always trying hard to protect ancient villages, such as making various kinds of protection policies and electing outstanding ancient villages to be protected. Our government has elected three passels of "Chinese famous historical and cultural villages (towns)"and the first passel of "Chinese landscape villages" was elected at the end of 2007. "Chinese landscape villages" are a kind of ancient villages whose historical and cultural value is weaker than "Chinese famous historical and cultural villages", and they haven't been protected well by our government. This thesis does a research on "Chinese landscape villages" to find a good way which is fit for this kind of ancient villages to be protected and developed, taking Nuodeng village of Yunnan province for example.This thesis builds an operation mode for the protection and development of the landscape villages, and draws into the concept of "image". It analyzes the protection mode of ancient villages at the present stage, and then it proposes a suitable operation mechanism and mode for the protection and development of the landscape villages, which is "the government and the masses combine together to protect and develop the landscape villages, taking the landscape as a core and the culture as a support".This thesis summarizes the features of landscape villages and uses the operation mode into the protection and development of Nuodeng village of Yunnan province. It analyzes the current situation and open question from several aspects, including the location, the politic, the economy, the culture, the folkway and folk custom and the tourism resource. According to the combination of the analysis of current situation in Nuodeng village and the principle of the protection and development in ancient villages, this thesis looks for strategies for the protection and tourism development of Nuodeng village, with the support of above theory system.
