Adjustment Of Agricultural Structure Based On The Needs Of The Target

All human productive activities are carried out under certain systems and structures, and all industries have to be under some certain structures, in which the agricultural structure, as the system of agricultural production, is particularly important.The CPC Central Committee indicated that more attention should be paid to rural areas and the agricultural structure must be adjusted in order to resolve the issue concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers and to achieve the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way. With China's sustainable and rapid economic development, the adjustment of Chinese agricultural structure has achieved some good results, but the original irrational agricultural structure has not been fundamentally resolved.The adjustment of agricultural structure is a long, complicated and tough systematic project, and is also a dynamic process. The adjustment of agricultural structure is an effective way to increase the income of farmers and promote rural economic development, and is good for the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of national economy. The agricultural structure, which has no fixed pattern, is a dynamic process depends on different regions and different stages of economic development, because the evolution and the form of agricultural structure are affected by the markets, resources, consumption patterns, technology, industrial policy and many other factors.This thesis introduces domestic and international state-of-the-art in agricultural structure and investigates the development condition of the agricultural industrialization in Kunming according to the agricultural industry status and resources of Kunming by using the knowledge of economics. Then the challenges with regard to the regional development of agricultural industrialization in Kunming after China's accession to WTO are analyzed. A multi-objective optimization model is established for the adjustment of agricultural structure in Kunming, and the optimal adjustment scheme of the agricultural structure is evaluated comprehensively, then the mathematical model is presented, which is practical and applicable to promote the agricultural economy development and increase the income of farmers. A quantitative analysis of the optimization problem of regional industrial structure is carried out by means of mathematical methods, and then the multi-objective programming model and the optimization scheme are established to derive an optimal solution to the ecological, social, economic and other benefits. Scheme 4 is chosen from the four options, which focuses on developing animal husbandry and cash crop plantation, improving the competitiveness of advantageous industries, expanding the planted area of cash crops, adjusting the balance of each industry. The chosen scheme 4 proposes some scientific and guiding references for the optimal adjustment of agricultural structure in Kunming, which is also the main point of this thesis.The research work of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1. Based on the analysis of the development of domestic and international agricultural structure, the research method and technical routes of this work are presented.2. The development and existing problems of agricultural structure in Kunming are analyzed. The principles, the key and the difficult points of the adjustment of agricultural structure in Kunming are proposed.3. The multi-objective optimization model is established according to the strategy and objective of the adjustment of agricultural structure, and effective adjustment policies are developed.4 optimization schemes are derived, and the 4th one is chosen in the end, which is instructional and practically meaningful.4. Remarks concerning the policies and strategies of the optimization adjustment of agricultural structure in Kunming are pointed out.
