For a long time, the problems of the employment structure have been around the world watching. The 21st century, the CPC Central Committee for the new reality of China building a harmonious society put forward the strategic objectives of the grand. Harmonious society requires economic, political, cultural and achieve coherence, which is to solve a series of labor-employment structure and economic issues related to whether restricting the harmonious society with a critical. However, at present, minority areas an imbalance between the employment structure is particularly prominent, has become the focus of social disharmony.On the development of the employment structure elaborates the general rules; in developed countries and regions with more than the development of the employment structure based on the contrast, analyzes the ethnic minority areas the employment structure of the current situation. This framework consists of six parts, the framework of the first five parts, in ethnic areas from the study the significance of the employment structure (PartⅠ), the Marxist theory on labor employment (PartⅡ), under the general law of labor employment structure and evolution of the process of development (PartⅢ), the employment structure in ethnic areas of the particularity of contradiction and its impact on social development (PartⅣ), the employment structure in ethnic areas of conflict Analysis (Fifth part) and other ethnic minority areas in terms of employment structure research. The first part focuses on theoretical and practical significance from the elaboration of Minority significance of the employment structure; second part describes the Marxist theory on some of Employment; third and fourth part is with the developed countries and Regional comparative analysis to identify the employment structure in ethnic areas of how the conflict there, as well as the negative impact of socio-economic development; fifth part focuses on the social level of economic development, national culture and customs, education, ethnic minorities of Yunnan the development of regional employment structure of national causes disharmony.Based on the above analysis, the last part of this article, from the minority areas to improve the employability of the workforce, strengthening basic education in minority areas and vocational education and the strengthening of government guidance and so on, on how to solve the ethnic areas of conflict for the employment structure to think.
