Ya Unicom New G Network Hlr Project Management Research

With the rapid development of china's economy, People's requirements of communication service are constantly improving. Domestic operators must improve the level of its communication project in order to succeed in the fierce competitive market. How to manage the communicate project scientifically and ensure the completion of project on time at the best quality and the lowest cost is the major challenges faced by many enterprises. As a scientific management theory, project management is widely used in practice and attaining great achievements. This article aims to apply the theoretical knowledge of project management to solve the HLR project of Yaan Unicom G network problems that in the construction, ensuring the smooth completion of the project. At the same time, the author takes this project as a case to deeply the standard system of the project management with the goal of providing a favorable reference for similar project in the future.From the scope of the project definition to project schedule management, and from the schedule management to risk management and then to communication management, this article establishes a complete the basic framework of project management theory with a strict logic .This paper firstly describes the background of HLR project implementation and the details of the project in order to develop a set of scientific management system to direct the concrete implementation of the project. Then, this paper researches the project's operational procedure from the four aspects of the scope of the project management, schedule control, risk analysis and communication management, the author develops the coping strategies on the basis of analysing the possible problems of every aspect and working out a method of the project schedule control, risk control strategy and communication management. Finally, summarize the results of this study and the guidance for similar studies.
