The Application Research Of Project Risk Assessment And Control In Communication Engineering Construction Projects

Since the reform and opening up, and the country good policy to encourage, Communications industry is developing rapidly。Communication engineering project's high technology intensity, broad range and large investment and long periodic decide that such programs have high risk。So establishing a set of good project risk assessment and control system of the project are of great significance to the correct implementation。The project's time management is part of the project management content, and the time risk management is throughout the entire process of the project and to circling dynamically。Since communication industry has strong timeliness, the effective evaluation and control of the risk of project schedule have become the key and center of the whole project。According to the author's experience and research in mobile communication engineering construction projects'(hereinafter referred to as the project schedule management work experience) management, this article firstly summarize and review the effective project risk evaluation and the related theory and method of the control, which the author thinks。Secondly, taking the experts proposal, the author has developed a set of assessment system in the risk of mobile communication engineering construction schedule。The article using the analytic hierarchy and fuzz evaluation assesses at risk for the ten projects, which have been completed, validates that reform assessment system is effective。Later, this set of evaluation system is used for the under construction 13 China Motion, and assesses and measures the base project's pace risk。Finally, based on the evaluation system analysis, the article proposes control improvement methods to the project schedule risks, namely, the article proposes we should use network planning technique and establish incentive mechanism and other methods to control the project risk。Through the research in this paper, the author constructs assessment system at the schedule risk of China Motion company Unicom base construction project, and puts forward that we should combine the incentive and control organically。The author hopes that the thoughts and methods are effective for similar project schedule risk management。...
