Electricity production process of building a professional, planning, and uniquefeatures, and project management thinking that is more close. Thesubject of the use of project management methods, power transmission project in thecommunications project, to conduct independent operations, the construction of theefficient operation of electric power communication.Through close contact with the actual power communication projects, focusing onproject management concepts in project management in power communicationapplications. First, from project definition, project management, definition, in accordancewith the needs of different types of communication projects for electricity was a simplerecognition. Second, around the power communication project management cost controland progress control and risk control of the three core combine to explore ways tocoordinate the two systems-the cost of control-oriented mathematical model of powercommunication project design, construction, operation and management micro aspects ofthe various stages of identification and cost optimization process cost analysis; with thebasis of cost control, schedule control to the core, risk control and other key segments of the basic model of identification and preliminary, and analyzes the progress management,risk control of construction projects in power communication applications on a number ofaspects.This reality, the use of220kV JK substation construction projects in case of powercommunication, project management of power communication technology applicationsand analysis carried out, in practical engineering project management model validation,which is project management, production and construction technology and electric powercommunication adaptation.Through applied research and practice,220kV JK electricity substationcommunication projects changing environmental factors in the more effective control ofthe risk, quality assurance, based on the demonstrated effectiveness of progress control,power requirements of communications engineering completion dates earlier than theplanned35days, the commissioning of power transmission project as a whole provides abasis.The results of this study to further optimize the power for the future of projectmanagement to find out the direction of communication.
