Yunnan Industry In The Southwest Opening-up Strategy To Optimize The Development Options

Firstly, in the light of the existing industrial development, to make a comprehensively explanation and summarization for the theory that supporting the article, including the evolution of industrial structure theory, industrial competitiveness, regional economy theory and degree of dependence on foreign trade theory, also expounded the history and today of the development Strategy to Southwest proposed by Mr Hu Jintao, which is the foundation of following discussion. Secondly, describe and analyze the development situation of the 11 industries of Yunnan and the trade between the Southeast and South Asia, then make quantitative analysis for the dates I gathered including market benchmark analysis, market benchmark analysis,resource situation analysis and employment situation analysis and then give a scientific and intuitive concept of the existing industrial development of Yunnan, then select several industries. Thirdly, process the dates of the selected several industries with the factor analysis and SPSS statistical software, choose the most potential 5 big industry of Yunnan.Fourthly, combining with the economic and trade cooperation between the Yunnan and Southeast and South Asia to analyze the international environmental of the 5 elected big industry. At last, combining with the comprehensive evaluation index to analyze the current development of 5 big industry and the advantage and disadvantages in the economic cooperation with Southeast and South Asia, then table a policy proposal about how to make 5 big industry of Yunnan optimized and upgraded.This text is on the basis of drawing lessons from existing industry development theory, creatively introduce the development Strategy to Southwest proposed by Mr Hu Jintao, and make it impossible in reality and theory for 5 big industry of Yunnan optimization and upgrading, the industry optimized selection index system combining with the quantitative analysis has more application value.The purpose of this article is to find the breakthrough of mutually beneficial cooperation between Yunnan and this two areas,through study ing the correlational research of domestic and overseas and combining with the existing situation of Yunnan industrial development and on the basis of data model analysis, and give a feasible, immediately policy suggestion for Yunnan to implement the development Strategy to Southwest.
