Investment In High-tech Industry In Yunnan Province Environmental Assessment Study

Yunnan province is located in the southwest frontier, the economy is relatively backward, hi-tech industry development is relatively slow. Hi-tech industry itself, with characteristics of innovativeness, proliferating, permeability, pragmaticality , risk, and competitiveness, determines to develop high-tech industry can make local economy great-leap-forward development rapidly. But investment is the primary condition to determine hi-tech industry development, and influence factors of investment is the investment environment, so the analysis of Yunnan high-tech industrial investment environment to attract investment situation, and to accelerate the development of high-tech industry has important significance.This paper firstly analyzes the domestic investment environment, the evaluation method for the previous research experience, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method to evaluate the combination of high-tech industry in Yunnan province investment environment. Qualitative analysis, from infrastructure, economic environment, industrial environment, science and technology, government services, some aspects of the service level in Yunnan province, in these aspects has good progress. Quantitative analysis, several factors to select indicators, setting up the index system of evaluating, using factor analysis and research. The result of Quantitative analysis is high-tech industry development in Yunnan province in recent years tends the gently, compared with other provinces hi-tech industrial investment environment, the gap is bigger. SPSS17.0 by factor analysis results in Yunnan province, in 2007 hi-tech industrial investment environment in the first 26 bits for ranking only. Through the analysis of data that affecting the investment environment of the seven major factors, separately from the analysis of several factors to Yunnan high-tech industrial investment environment and other provinces.Finally, to table a proposal to improve the investment environment of Yunnan high-tech industries.The innovation of this paper is by certain time data to expand on the factor analysis, make sample analysis result is more effective.
