Study On The Selection And Development Strategy Of The Industrial Leading Industry Of Anhui Province Based On DEA Method And Factor Analysis Method

The reasonable and effective industrial structure of regional economy is of great practical significance to the healthy and steady development of regional economy.For the leading industry determines whether the industrial structure of regional economy is reasonable and effective,thus it can be easily inferred that if the high speed of economy development is to be realized,the leading industry must be chosen accurately firstly.In our paper,the concept of leading industry,the comparison of the related content of leading industry,the choice datum of the leading industry and research method were expounded firstly.Then the industrial layout,current situation of the economic development and the industrialization stage of Anhui province were analyzed from three angles respectively.Based on some other related study theories about how to choose the leading industry,the study approach to the evaluation of the leading industry of Anhui province was drawn out.Based on the statistical yearbook data of Anhui province from 2013 to 2016,the industrial industry of Anhui province was analyzed comprehensively with the help of DEA method and factor analysis method.Nine indicators were picked up from the statistical yearbook,respectively: raw coal consumption,fixed assets investment,number of employees,total assets,net fix-headsets,main business cost,current-assets,industrial water,this year's deal with worker firewood.Then SPSS19.0 software was employed to draw out two comprehensive indexes: assets investment and business investment,as the input index of DEA analysis.Seven other indicators were picked up from the statistical yearbook,respectively:industrial added value,gross industrial output value,the VAT payable,advocate business income this year,the output value of industry sales,total assets contribution,advocate business taxes and add.Then SPSS19.0 software was employed to get the other two comprehensive indexes: income index and efficiency index,as the output index of DEA analysis.With the help of DEAP2.1 software,five alternative leading industries in Anhui province was drawn out,respectively: electric heat production and supply,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,oil processing and coking and nuclear fuel processing industry,textile and clothing apparel industry and water production and supply industry.At the end of our paper,problems existing in the development process of the cur-rent leading industry in Anhui province were analyzed,policy recommendations were put forward on the whole,respectively: encourage and innovate,clustering promotion of leading industry,transformation of government function,actively developing of circular economy,broadening of the financing channels.Also,suggestions of the five alternative industrial leading industries were proposed.
