A Study Of The Relationship Between Dynamic Capability And Innovation Performance Based On Creative Industrial Clusters

Since communication of the economy and technology, there is a aggregate phenomenon inenterprise space around the world--industry cluster becomes more prominent. Industrialcluster is not only able to save the transaction cost, share resource and enhance cooperationof enterprises, but enterprises can improve the innovation performance to increase thecapacity that enterprises can sustainably develop in unpredictably market environment.Innovation performance is the source of survival and development of enterprises, so ourfocus are how to use characteristics of industry cluster to promote creative enterpriseinnovation performance.This article is based on theoretical research of the industrial cluster theory, dynamiccapability theory, innovation theory and related fields, using the creative industry cluster ofTianjin enterprise as the research object. We study and discover the relationship betweendynamic capabilities and innovation performance in the creative industry cluster enterprises,and have proved the realization way and related degree of enterprise innovationperformance in creative industrial cluster.Firstly, according to the literature and research limitations of cluster enterprises, weuse the theoretical and practical background of industry cluster enterprises to reviewliterature and obtain foundation of theoretical research. Secondly, we summarize previousstudies on industrial cluster and dynamic capability, and in the various dimensions illustrateenterprise innovation performance in industrial cluster enterprises. After analysis of thecluster enterprise characteristics, we find that key factors for cluster enterprise to acquireinnovation performance are use integration of cluster resources and strong relation amongenterprise to increase dynamic capability. We construct a relationship model of dynamiccapability and innovation performance based on characteristics of cluster enterprise, andestablish a basis for the empirical study. Based on questionnaires and interviews ofindustries cluster in Tianjin, data are used SPSS16.0and AMOS7.0software to validate therationality of the model by statistics, test and regression analysis. The mechanism ofrelationship between dynamic capability and innovation performance is revealed. Finally,on the basis of empirical research, we summarize the related path of dynamic capability andinnovation performance in industry cluster. We obtain corresponding induction andconclusions in the end, and point out the limitations and related research direction.
