China in today is in a critical period of economic and social transformation, thetraditional labor relations the imbalance and refactoring revealed by pressureincreasingly dash forward show. Labor relations as one of the most important socialrelations in the economic and social life, it’s harmonious or not directly related to thesocial stability, economic development and people’s happiness. Since reform andopening up, the economy of Guangdong province has been growing by leaps andbounds of development, now has become an important component of China’seconomic development. With the development of the economy of Guangdongprovince and Guangdong province labor relations problems has attracted widespreadattention. Each unit of choose and employ persons labor relations conflict is becomingmore and more serious in Guangdong province, has seriously affected the socialharmonious development of Guangdong province, Guangdong provincial governmentalso paid great attention to this.
