FMCG industry has been an indispensable part of daily life of the global economy. It is an important part of consumption. As fast moving consumer goods of low value single items, the profit is small, the characteristics of demand, the industry supply chain operation is faster than other industries, more sensitive to cost, but also more prominent for the cost control requirements. As the internal production efficiency improvement and cost management methods, by increasing labor productivity and to control internal costs and resources to increase the space is rapidly shrinking profits, reduce supply chain costs and achieve greater efficiency, effectiveness and advantages of competitive position supply chain has become the new target companies chase. Thus, the cost of fast moving consumer goods supply chain management research has very important practical significance.Based on the status of fast moving consumer goods supply chain analysis, summarized the classification of the supply chain cost structure, in the use of gray correlation analysis method was constructed on the basis of fast moving consumer goods supply chain cost analysis system (that is, the cost-based analysis of gray relational grade model). Carried out with case after the calculation of mathematical analysis, to identify changes in the overall cost of the supply chain the major cost categories of factors:marketing costs, logistics costs, customer satisfaction, costs and transportation costs. After the main factors that influence the cost of analysis, presented in the text targeted to improve the views. Finally, the gray prediction model for the major cost factors of the numerical analysis, looking for major changes in trends in cost factors, take the cost of fast moving consumer goods supply chain trends for corporate and strategic adjustment of the supply chain to provide value basis.
