"Business Process Reengineering" (BPR) is a business management techniques that rise in the West since the nineties of last century, and soon be prevalent in the world and into china. BPR has played a positive role in business development and performance improvement. It's becoming a hot business and academic research. Because the tobacco companies being in the.cracks between the planning of economic and market economy, there is no a clear and systematic management thinking, thus forming a. situation of unclear management and poor business processes. If tobacco companies want better development, facing the increasingly fierce competition, the business process reengineering is imperative. However, when tobacco companies operate the BPR, there is no deep understanding about the nature content of the Business Process Reengineering. The operator consider less of the main work flow and other factors too, they also can't combine BPR to the characteristics of the company, so business process reengineering often led to failure. Therefore, the papers based on the theory of business process reengineering and organization change, combining to the actual work. Quoting A tobacco industry as an example, the writer brings forward the organization change and redesign of the corporate marketing center on the basis of the BPR, and propose effective solution to the tobacco companies and even the traditional manufacturing business process reengineering and organization change with reference.Logically the thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and organizational change theory are reviewed. In the second part, on the basis of theoretical research, the writer analyses the necessity of BPR and organize changes combined with the characteristics of the tobacco industry, and puts forward the method and program design of organization change on the basis of BPR. In the third part, combined with the theory and research method of the two parts before, the writer analyzed and re-designed the organization change in the specific tobacco company, and proposed effective solutions.
