How to solve the construction of quality is construction industry must consider seriously question.This paper based on the quality management of the basic theory and methods, according to GB / 2008 / ISO9001: T19001-2008 standards and GB/T 50430-2007 engineering construction enterprise quality management standard of logistic authority, Beijing golden ditch river real estate development project is No.1, No.2 and No. 3 residing engineering quality management to the full range of design.
