Heze Cultural Tourism Industry Development Path Study

With the development of modern society, tourism has increasingly emphasized on cultural content, and the characteristic of cultural has become the new trend of competition in the tourism industry. Heze City has its own unique tourism resources development value. Heze regional culture which has made many achievements, with distinctive personality characteristics, is fully equipped to create tourist products and brand. But compared with the main tourist areas of tourism, a big gap still exist. This paper considered the situation from the above-mentioned questions to analyze and to evaluate Heze cultural connotations and implied value of tourism resources on the basis of field research. And it put forward some views to development ideas, product design and development strategy for the protection measures, to promote a new idea of the development of cultural tourism in the region, looking for new economic growth poles for the region.From the basic concepts and theories of cultural tourism, this paper started on the sustainable development theory, economic development theory, industry evolution theory and regional economic theory based on the spatial structure of research. It based on SWOT method detailed analyzed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development cultural tourism in Heze City. From the overall objective to the specific targets, it achieved clear results of cultural tourism industry, to plan, to design and to develop of cultural tourism products. And it effectively expanded the product marketing from domestic and overseas market segments. From the perspective of related industries, the paper planed and designed relevant development and construction elements of cultural tourism, hoping to achieve smooth development of cultural tourism industry with positive interaction between these related elements. Finally, it made content development plan and implementation of recommendations in cultural tourism transportation, culture, tourism information technology, supporting infrastructure planning, investment and human resource development, effectively supporting and protection of Heze City to develop cultural tourism industry smoothly.
