The primary mode of employment of rural surplus labor force in centre regions of Henan Provinceis allopatric transfer. Under the background of the slow growth of China’s economic, the eastern regionindustrial transformation and upgrading as well as the phenomenon of the “labor shortage”and“returning tide”, the thesis is based on the theory of the labor force transfer, select the large agriculturalTanghe county as the research point, the research of the influence factors of local surplus rural labortransfer in Tanghe as the breakthrough point, provide the scientific basis for the research of localsurplus rural labor transfer, and then formulate the corresponding countermeasures, to better promotethe transfer of local surplus rural labor force.First of all, this thesis describes accurately the present situation of rural surplus labor transfer onthe basis of the summaries of the interview materials obtained from the government and enterprises aswell as second-hand collection of data, and then, grant the questionnaires of rural surplus labor transferfor300samples from the4villages,8countries, arrange291recyclings. Use the analysis method ofoptimal scale regression in Spss software, analyse the influence factors of the local surplus rural labortransfer. Assume that there are11variable statistically significant influence factors: family identity, thesituation of receiving the training, processing mode of farmland, the number of the family burden, theaverage salary, job search channels, labour time, working reasons, nonfarm working years, consideringthe employment stability or not.These influencing factors can be summarized as the level of regional economic development,marketing factors, labor force family factors, labor force factors, as well as the government policy forthe employment. At the end of this thesis, make the recommendations to the government from thefollowing aspects: promote the regional economic development level, accelerate agriculturalindustrialization process, implement the “talent returns”projet, open recruitment information channels,enforce the training of working skills and enhance the sence of social responsibility of the enterprises,strengthen the employement education, etc, so that cab promote the local rural surplus labor transfer inTanghe county.
