In the modern world, with the booming development of the revolution of new science and technology, technological innovation is pregnant with a new breakthrough and will profoundly change the social and economic. Technological innovation accomplished the qualitative leap from technology to economic. It is the roll booster what can realize the rapid development of economic, the main fountainhead of modern economic growth and the important way of the transformation of the mode of economic development. Without technological innovation, the world will become one of diminishing returns.However, technological innovation can bring not only the high yield but also the high risk, so it has the symbiosis and symmetry of yield and risk. The high yield is becoming the positive impetus of technological innovation, meanwhile, the high risk is becoming the negative dragging force of technological innovation. When the subjects of technological innovation are engaging in technological innovating activities, they should hold the opportunity effectively, meanwhile, they should also prevent, dispose and digest the risk in the process of technological innovation reasonably.Based on the summary and analysis of other scholars' related works and adhered to the principle of unifying the deconstruction and construction, this paper analyzes the risk factors of technological innovation by researching the process of technological innovation, in order to obtain a clear view and control of the risk of technological innovation. The paper is composed of introduction and three other chapters: Introduction mostly introduces the background, significance, present research situation both at home and abroad, the research guideline and methods, the possible innovation and the shortage of this study.The first chapter is the defining, classification and measure of the risk of technological innovation. Based on expounding the definition and the characters of technological innovation, this chapter analyzes the stages and the classes of technological innovation and proposes a method to distinguish and measure the risk of technological innovation.The second chapter is the analysis of system theory of the risk of technological innovation. This chapter systematically analyzes the risk of technological innovation from three aspects, which are chaotic theory, dissipative structure theory and coordinate theory. This chapter combines theory with practice,tries to reduce the risk of technological innovation in practice and obtain the greatest benefit with the smallest investment.The third chapter is the routing selection of avoiding the risk of technological innovation. This chapter explores the actual routes to avoid the risk of technological innovation from five aspects, which are taking decision to stop the technological innovation in due time, paying attention to cultivating the talents who have risk awareness, strengthening the direction and application of TRIZ theory, tightening up the management and the protection of intellectual property rights and constructing the comprehensive prevention system against the risk of technological innovation.In conclusion, a brilliant manager should have an insight into the risk in the bud, build up the emergency response preparedness and put forward some corresponding measures to avoid and prevent the potential risk. What devise strategies within a command to win a victory thousands miles away is a kind of superb wisdom.Thinking ahead and eliminating the risk in the bud is a sharp sword with which to win in the competition.
