An Analysis On Strategical Mode Of Technological Innovation Of Enterprises With Game Theory

With the paces of the economic globalization accelerating constantly, the international economic competition becomes fierce day by day, It is essential for enterprises to strengthen the technological innovation .The misplay in choosing the strategical mode of technological innovation may accelerate the downfall course of the enterprises. So choosing a proper strategical mode of technological innovation plays a very important role in the development of the enterprises. Game theory is used to analysis respective behavior and the mutual influence in two or more decision-makers. The method is better than the conventional method of economical analysis which guides the enterprises to make a decision and draw a more scientific conclusion. Thus this paper provides the enterprises with a method of decision-making based on the analysis with game theory.The main content of this paper is as followed: firstly, strategic modes of technological innovation of enterprises are basically analyzed, and then three kinds of modes of technological innovation are chosen which is familiar with all of us, as the basic tactical space; secondly one of the method of dynamic game, game tree, is used to build the model of game, some analyzed conclusion are made and some steps are put up with which can be used in reality; lastly a real case is used into this model, on the base of analyzing the real situation, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis main parameters of the model are doped out with the method of AHP and fuzzy matrix, and then put them into the model ,in the end the model is resolved and a conclusion is drawn by the enterprise. The real application of the model justifies its feasibility. Thereby, for the enterprises part, game analysis is a scientific decision-making method.
