| On the achievement foundation in the domestic and foreign technological innovation diffusion research, this thesis elaborates representative personage's typical viewpoint, points out the characteristic and limitation of some; afterwards it construes some concepts of technical innovation diffusion. After analysis on the process of technical innovation diffusion, it introduces the diffusion pattern of technical innovation, points out that different pattern is lies in the different choice of research angle, the different type enterprise has its own effective technical diffusion pattern that most suits it; at the same time it also proposes in the diffusion system which factors are affecting the technical innovation diffusion. Based on the theory of technical innovation and technical innovation diffusion elaborated, as well as fluxionary calculus and game theory, the thesis analyses corporation adoption with game theory in the process of technical innovation diffusion: analyzes in the situation of information symmetry and information asymmetry the gambling between the supplies and the latent users of innovation, discusses the mechanism of the phenomenon "reversion choice" with emphasis in the situation of information asymmetry, and also introduces signal transmission model and information screen model to realize Pareto improvement; at the same time it analyzes in the situation of complete rationality and limited rationality the gambling between the latent users of innovation. Thereafter, based on the process of technical innovation diffusion elaborated and the analysis of corporation adoption with game theory in the process of technical innovation diffusion, the thesis proposes some countermeasures and the suggestions to enhance the rate and level of technical innovation diffusion.
