In modern society, technologies and skills changed rapidly, the corporations face more and more fierce competition. Under this condition, wether or not the corporations have the power of creativity, and if they can change creativity to products and service innovation is the main factor that can influence the future development of the corporations. Innovation is the realization of creativity at organizational level. Therefore, how to stimulate the individual creativity, offered them the proper environment for creativity, is the foundation of how to solve the real problem and also the hot spot of theoretical field. Among the many factors in the organizational environment, supervisors as the important others, have significant influence on the behavior and performance og employees. According to the motivation expectation theory, when the individual perceives other's expectation, would stimulate a series psychological change and the behavior changes to satisfy other's expectation. Therefore, this paper intend to build a theoretical frame, put forward hypothesis, collect data and through statistical software to testify the path that how supervisor expectation influence the individual creativity.Pygmalion model(Pygmalion model) is the model explaining the influence mechanism of others expectation on individual performance in some environment. Pygmalion model takes higher behavior as the closest and the most basic relationship of the higher expectation, add the creative character identity, an individual consciousness variable, into the model, in order to provide reference for the relationship between character identity and individual performance。Furthermore, this research take a sample of several corporations in xi'an hi-tech area to testify the model proposed above empirically aimed to offer more guide to the management practices. Another goal of the study is to approve the acceptability of the Pygmalion effect in the background of Chinese culture. After analyzed all the data that collected, results turned out to be like this:all the hypothesis that proposed were accepted include all the mediater and moderator relationship. At the end of this paper, stated the innovative part of this study the guides for the management practices, pointed out the insufficient part and the future research direction.
