In the context of China's new economic normal environment,the state vigorously promote independent innovation,industrial transformation and upgrading.How to stimulate the innovative behavior of employees has become an important issue in organizational behavior and human resource research and management practice.In the era of knowledge economy,innovation is playing an increasingly important role in shaping and promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to survive in this fierce market competition environment,all enterprises need to solve the problem that how to improve their organization innovation ability.In this context,we reviewed the literature and explored the relationship between innovation self-efficacy,knowledge sharing,innovation behavior and perceived organizational support.In addition,on this basis,we constructed the research model that the intermediary effect role knowledge sharing played between innovation self-efficacy and innovation behavior;the moderating effect role the perceived organizational support played between innovation self-efficacy and knowledge sharing and in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.This study was based on a total of 270 valid samples from 15 provinces across the country.By SPSS22.0 and other statistical software,we use correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods to test the hypothesis proposed in this study one by one.Empirical study results shows that:(1)innovation self-efficacy has a positive effect on innovation behavior and its two sub-dimensions;(2)innovation self-efficacy has a positive effect on knowledge sharing and its two sub-dimensions;(3)knowledge sharing and its two sub-dimensions all have a positive effect on innovation behavior and its two sub-dimensions.(4)knowledge sharing and its two sub-dimensions all play a partial mediation role in the relationship between innovation self-efficacy and innovation behavior;(5)perceived organizational support plays a moderating role in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.At the end of this study,the results of the tests were discussed and explained in detail.On the basis of the conclusion of this study,we put forward feasible suggestions in the actual management that the enterprise can take.
