China has large population and unbalanced urban development, land resources, use of improper ownership at a low level of per capita land resources. With the accelerated process of urbanization, scarcity of land resources has become an important factor restricting China’s urban development. Urbanization is the increase in socio-economic development of the city is inevitable there will be population expansion, increasing population requires a lot of housing, this demand has stimulated the rapid development of real estate. This socio-economic environment, and how effective use of urban land, a reasonable plan to save land has become today’s society worthy of study.Ganzhou City, Jiangxi’s second largest city, since the1999Ganzhou withdrawal to a city, Ganzhou usher in the spring of urbanization. In order to urbanization carried out smoothly and achieve the sustainable use of land resources, to explore the laws of land supply, to explore the mechanism of how to build a reasonable supply of land is the current problems to be solved.In this paper refer to the relevant research literature and results, through data collection and literature review focused on analysis of China’s land supply, the link between the number and structure of the supply of land and real estate market. The combination of the Ganzhou actual situation of the Ganzhou land supply situation and the real estate market, and build mathematical models. City in order to optimize the use of layout, the harmonious development of the land market and real estate market, improve the Ganzhou land resources to optimize the allocation efficiency, and promote the healthy and orderly development of Ganzhou City real estate market.Described through the six parts of the supply of land and real estate market research:The first part is the introduction, highlighting the background and significance of this research, the research framework, and summarized the research literature at home and abroad.The second part related concepts and theories, the introduction of the concept of land and real estate, supply and demand relations theory and multiple linear regression theory.The third part is to introduce China’s current land supply mechanism and the status of the real estate market.Details of China’s land supply mechanism from the aspects of the structure, channels of supply of land, land transfer, land supply.The fourth part of real estate prices and the quantity of land supply, the supply of land prices, land and modes of supply and land supply structure analysis, described in detail the relationship between the supply of land and real estate market.Part V of the empirical research, through the the Ganzhou land markets and the adjustment of the real estate market, the introduction of multiple linear regression analysis, to predict the supply of land for the next three years in Ganzhou. Part Ⅵ is the conclusion, summarize, and point out the shortcomings in the article and direction for further research.
