Because of the history of the family enterprise characteristics, which lead family business had big misunderstanding in employing problems. This is mainly because the family enterprises in the initial company employees are mostly from family internal, leads to family members quality level not same, but Enterprise in order to maintain family interests and have to reuse some have no ability to the company as its important post, this will not only affect the company’s daily operation, but also restrict the development of the company and caused a lot of damage.
